Progress: We’ve travelled 1.5 miles and eaten at 4 restaurants.

Eat Camino #3: Euro Grill

We travelled 0.8 miles down the road from The Sub Hub, passed Santa Clara University, Larry J. Marsalli Park, and found ourselves at Euro Grill! The restaurant is located in an office building that looks like a house, definitely adding the homey charm, and enjoyed a delicious meal of ćevapi, Euro burger, chicken skewer, lepinja, and burek.

We gave this place 390 bells out 500. While we discovered there are only 450 bells, for simplicity we are keeping our grading to 500 😜.

Fact Check:

  • The languages spoken are Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.

  • The Bosnian sour cream is called Kaymak.

Eat Camino #2: Sub Hub

For our very first restaurant, we visited Sub Hub in Santa Clara! Jackie ordered: The Unforgiven and Dan ordered: Feel the Bern. We gave this place 375 bells out of 500.

The South Bay Historic Railroad Museum we did not visit.

Mission Santa Clara de Asis - Free to visit

Fact check:

  • UOP is in Stockton

  • Santa Clara University does have a football team, they are the Broncos. And yes Sub Hub does have a Broncos sandwich.

  • There were originally 450 bells.
